It was in the year 2006, when a heart felt desire was fulfilled in the from of MITTA FOUNDATION. Dr.Mitta Srinivas Rao & Dr. Mitta Swatatntrakala had nurtured a dream for years to give a little smile to few unfortunate and underprivileged.
A Legacy of Learning, A Future in Need
Saraswatha Academy High School is a no-income, community-driven institution located in the heart of Old City, Hyderabad. Backed by the Mitta Foundation, the school serves children from economically challenged backgrounds—offering them access to education, nutrition, and a safe environment to grow.
Thanks to dedicated teachers and enthusiastic students, the school is full of potential—but lacks the infrastructure to match their dreams.

Both having grown up in families touched deeply by poverty, they didn’t just witness hardship—they lived it. The memories of empty stomachs and tearful nights stayed with them, shaping their resolve to one day make a difference.
